Become a Member of KLSA for 2025-2026

Membership in the Kaiserslautern Landstuhl Spouses' Association (KLSA) is open to a wide range of individuals associated with the military community.

Eligibility

Active Membership is available to:

  • Individuals in the US Forces: Both active and retired service members.

  • DOD Civilian Employees and US Civilian Contract Employees: Both active and retired personnel.

  • NATO ID Card Holder

  • Spouses and Adult Dependents of:

    • US military personnel (active or retired)

    • Civilians employed by the Department of Defense (DoD)

    • US civilian contract employees

    • NATO ID cardholders in the KMC
